Thanks Quintin for helping me get into my new bmw x3. You were awesome. I truly appreciate your knowledge about the vehicle and how fast the process was.
I got my dream car from Quintin at Go Luxury. Great car buying experience. Quintin was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. My new glc looks amazing has black rims and tint and great features. I could not be happier thanks Go luxury and more importantly thanks Quintin!
best experience ever. Got the amazing deal and service from Quintin. He shot it to me straight from the start no surprises or games. The dealership was great all the cars were in great condition. 10 out 10 I'll for sure be back for my next one. Thanks a million Quintin!
Proud new owner of new BMW 530I thanks to my friend Quintin. He was nothing short of super awesome. He listened to my situation and what I wanted and made it happen. Thank you so much Quintin. My coworker asked where I got my car and I told them all go see Quintin and the Go luxury team.
Ethics, morals, respect, not even common curiosity is NOT what this dealership is about. Ryan our salesman was great. As far as his "team" not at all. We were in the process of negotiating and fixing to head into finance, (2 hours in) when we were interrupted by another salesman looking for the keys to the car we were in the process of getting. He said he just sold it. I am assuming that salesmen notified a client he had earlier that day that there was someone here to buy the car he was interested in and he came in with cash. The short man syndrome of a manager didn't even have enough respect to acknowledge or even apologize. They did try to get us in a similar vehicle, but the battery was shot and when it was manually opened it reeked of smoke.
My experience at Go Luxury Auto Group was extremely disappointing. I scheduled a 6:15 pm appointment after Ryan, the salesperson, texted me at 6:30 AM to set it up. I like folks that grind that early what a go getter he is. I want to start by saying Ryan was excellent — one of the best salespeople I’ve worked with. We test drove a vehicle and sat down to work out numbers. Out of nowhere, another salesperson came over and grabbed the keys off his desk and told us someone had just come in and paid cash for the vehicle. That felt incredibly unprofessional and unethical. They then tried to switch us to another vehicle we were somewhat interested in, but it had a dead battery, smelled like smoke, and was priced $4,000 higher than the original vehicle — with fewer options. That was unacceptable. Ryan was very apologetic, and I genuinely felt bad because it seemed like management forced the situation. The manager, Chris Carter, never came over to apologize, which made the experience even worse. Also, be aware that they add $3,695 to the online advertised price for items like powder coating the wheels and other add-ons. This is buried in the fine print and not clearly disclosed upfront. Overall, this was one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve had. BUYUER BEWARE!!!!
