Just picked up my Ford Bronco from AM Ford in Ashtabula County and had an awesome experience! The whole team was super friendly and easy to work with. They made the process quick, smooth, and actually enjoyable—which isn’t always the case when buying a car. Really appreciated how helpful and honest everyone was. If you’re looking for a new ride, definitely check them out. Highly recommend!
Truly excellent mechanical work and customer service. Bottom line they got my car running again, and were honest and reasonably priced. This repair shop is a good combination of corporate (they have the software for larger repairs, and a driver to pick up customers), and local family courtesy.
Great customer service! John the Service Manager and Kiersten the Service Scheduler were outstanding! They were so kind and helpful! They stick with me during difficult service procedure on my truck. Outstanding!
