We’ve always gotten our Audi from this dealership and we’ve always had a good relationship with their employees, from their sales representatives to service representatives. The Dealership itself looks very clean with comfortable chairs and complimentary coffee and water readily available. As soon as you walk in, you really get the sense of luxury. Taylor Baffert helped me get my new car and he was so cool and he understood that getting a new car involved my WHOLE family and their input which I know isn’t typical for a lot of cultures but he was very accommodating and understanding . He was very honest and fair. If you’re thinking of buying or leasing an Audi , go to the Rusnak location in Pasadena you won’t be disappointed.

This dealer was willing to negotiate a great price, but they don’t offer loaner vehicles if you need repairs, they don’t offer car washes, and they don’t do tinting in house. I’ve always purchased my cars at Audi Beverly Hills, so it was disappointing to see these differences that impact the overall experience. I’m hoping the rest of the relationship remains positive.

One of the smoothest transactions. The only hiccup was when I had to drive thirty miles to my credit union to get a certified check because I forgot to bring my check book. Rick Torres was very nice and made my purchase stress-free. I don't remember the finance guys name but he was a no-nonsense closer. I refused all add-ons and received no push back. One thing I should have noticed was the lack of an owners manual. I emailed Rick and cc'ed the sales manager right away. Ivan Lai, the sales manager was on it even before Rick was able to reply. The manual was FedExed to me so I didn't have to drive another thirty miles. Great service all around. Highly recommend this dealership.
