Bo Xiang, Sales Representative was very professional and knowledgeable of the vehicle we purchased. He kept us informed about the arrival of the vehicle from beginning to end. He took over from Bruce who is on vacation. We went over many features of the car. There is a lot to learn on the. 2026 450E. Bo said he would make an additional appointment to go over some of the new features. Bo was very easy to work with and made the purchase a smooth one.
Roberto Boratto was one of the most genuine, patient, and professional salespeople I’ve ever dealt with. We came in last Friday to buy a car for my mom and he took the time to explain in detail each model so we could find the best fit. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy. We explained we wanted to look at other brands before we made out final decision. On Saturday I texted him to let him know we wanted a Mercedes-Benz but were undecided on 3 different cars. By the time we arrived at the dealer, he had them all lined up and ready to test drive. Wow, that’s AMAZING customer service and very considerate of our time. He made the whole process of buying memorable and we will definitely come back again to purchase a car from Rusnak because of Roberto.
Attentive but not pushy, delightful but not fake. I was honestly ready to walk away from Rusnak for good after a frustrating experience with an employee who couldn’t answer a simple question. As I walked off, visibly annoyed, Roberto noticed and approached me—not aggressively, not as a salesperson chasing a sale, but as a person who genuinely wanted me to leave the dealership with a better feeling about my evening. He didn’t pressure me. He just asked if he could help turn the experience around. That simple gesture made a difference. I ended up sitting down with him and finally having the conversation I came in for in the first place. This review is to praise Roberto for being professional, kind, and actually listening. He turned a negative into a positive—not for a commission, but because he clearly cares about how people are treated. That says a lot.

TL;DR: Ask for Roberto before you arrive. Respectful and genuinely helpful. We popped in on a whim and he guided us straight to a model that actually fits our life. Got his number, texted the next day, and he had multiple cars ready for unrushed test drives. I got to compare and understand. He worked the deal I needed. Here's a good tell: his recommendation from the 3 x options we had was the most sensible $$ choice. For real. I ended up choosing a pricier spec, but his pick was the real value. We had a good time—wouldn’t be writing this if it weren’t a true 5/5. Grazie mille Roberto!
