What Others Say

Actually this is for Clay Maxey Fort Smith. I didn’t have that as a choice to select. I bought a car in Dec of 2022 and recently went to a dealer about buying another vehicle and that’s when I found out the news. My car had been in an accident. When I bought the car, I asked for a car fax and the sales lady gave me a AutoCheck Elite Dealer report. It said no accidents found on record. The problem I have is the accident happened in 2019. You would think it would show up on the report by Dec 2022. It makes me wonder what other information was withheld about the car as I just had to replace the water pump, which was very costly. I have only driven the car 8,200 since I bought it. I definitely wouldn’t bought the car if I’d known it had been in an accident. They made the sale because they are a shady company. On top of that, they overcharged me for the vehicle! Never again will I do business with Clay Maxey or any of its affiliates. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone!

Sleazy business. I was sold a 13 GMC Sierra , within 2 days it was being towed to the dealership. Over 9grand in repair estimate on a $13.5k truck. When i inquired about the truck i was told it had some physical defects and that’s why it was priced low, I didn’t need it to be pretty i needed it to do work. THIS TRUCK CAN’T PASS INSPECTION! After test driving i inquired about a check engine light that came on. Brian Keener cleared the check engine light and said “oh it’s probably just that gas cap not being on tight.” I came back to buy the truck the following week, during which it was supposed to go to the shop for an oil change. THIS TRUCK CAN’T PASS AN INSPECTION. The front wheel completely buckled. The catalytic converter has a hole drilled in it. No one in their shop saw that or caught that!? They sold me the truck ”as is” so of course it is my fault for believing that dealerships care about their reputation and wouldn’t screw customers over. When I called to ask them if there’s anything they can do they just said “ You bought it as is, we tried to talk you out of buying it.” Which is the most laughable thing, no you did not. Very much a sleazy used car dealer that’s pulled one over on me. Why clear the check engine light and mislead me into believing it was just physical defects when there was over $9000 in repairs needed!? Don’t buy a vehicle here, and DEFINITELY don’t take their word for anything.
