I purchased a CPO 2022 Volvo XC60 PHEV, and I have to say, this dealership was amazing. The sales team weren't pushy or shady, and were very professional, knowledgable and friendly. Both were very transparent too, again great dealership and sales department in general.
My purchasing experience of a CPO vehicle was excellent. I didn't feel pressured, it was straightforward, honest, and quick - I wasn't expecting to be in and out in less than an hour. I felt well taken care of by Andi, Christine, and the Rusnak team.
Super straightforward, easy to work with. They were quick, organized and excellent value. Would highly recommend. Andi in sales did a great job.
The Volvodealership has very friendly and helpful people. Not overly pushy. The example is, I purchased a used car that was trading in by a repeat customer.
Friendly efficient. It would be nice if they were a bit more familiar with Affinity Incentives, and how to properly apply them for the customer. There was a small hiccup with obtaining all of the items listed on the window sticker, in the in all was resolved. I do highly recommend this dealership for there selection and friendly customer service.
The salesman, Sargis, was very professional, helpful, nice, and friendly. The dealership is clean, and they have great inventory.
