The dealer was very considerate to my daughter, and she had no issues with her first oil change. Thank you!!
Only completed the work I asked for. Not overly pushy with additional maintenance. Fast! Welcoming.
Great I like how they took a video showing the repairs. The video really says a lot. That is why you are the only place I take my to for oil changes and repairs. The video makes you stand out above your competitors.
I was super impressed with the professionalism and care that went into my new Jeep Rubicon purchase!
Glad we made a deal on the vehicle, just wish it was easier for buyer to get to end point.
. I was very nervous because the last time my vehicle needed work done it needed a new engine and it was totaled. I just had it towed to your dealership and I just picked out a new used vehicle. Thought I had before I had bought brand new in 2017 from Summit Automotive. I had not one problem with it in seven years. I had one payment left and the engine blew. So I am very very extremely nervous anytime I have car problems now. My prior vehicle, a 2002 Grand Cherokee was in the shop every other month for years. I had a $5000 loan out on it just for repairs after I traded it in. It would break down every other month and cost me thousands I paid 5000 for that vehicle, and when I bought it, it had 123,000 miles on it. So when I came in, I was a hot mess. Steve talked me down and was a very calming. He got me in and the repairs done within 24 hours, so I only needed a rental for a day. Over $1200 for repairs for a coil and an evaporator hose was a bit excessive though. $200 an hour for shop work is insane. But I'm sure that's what everybody's charging. I bet you're not paying those nice mechanics $200 an hour though. I did like the fact that I was given a free Uber ride over to enterprise and a discounted rental rate through Russ Darrow. That that was very nice. Steve is great and I really appreciate everything he did
