I’ve purchased several cars over the years and Jae Lim is one of the best salesman I’ve ever had! He should be cloned so there could be more than one Jae!

This is my second vehicle purchase from BMW of Catonsville. Brian was my sales associate both times and he made the buying experience very pleasant. He explained everything upfront and kept me informed every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every employee from the manager to the detail crew were friendly and attentive as well. After the car was delivered, I needed assistance with the some of the unfamiliar technology. Brian arranged for Melanie, the BMW product expert, to explain and guide me through some of the new features. Melanie was excellent and very knowledgeable. 5 star dealership.
