I purchased a beautiful, 2014 Land Rover from Sam at Best Bet Auto & I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience! Firstly, the selection of cars they have out there is wonderful! Secondly, Sam was a joy to work with. I called ahead, made an appointment, and when I arrived, Sam had the vehicle ready to go. He had gone out of his way to scrape the snow off, wash it, and clean it up on the inside a bit. He had also warmed the engine. He opened the door and helped me up into the vehicle. I took it for a test drive, and I fell in love with it. I bought the Land Rover and I think I was there, in total, about an hour including the test drive. Purchasing the Land Rover was very smooth and efficient! Sam was a lot of fun to chat with! I made a bottom-line offer which was a couple thousand dollars below what the asking price was, and Sam took that to the owner because approve it. The owner, he accepted the offer! Sam was on top of everything that needed to be done! The whole process went so smoothly and I drove off the lot in record time! Sam is funny, polite, professional and one of the kindest car salesmen I have met in my nearly 60 years here on earth! The young man was courteous but the vehicle was dirty. It was 95 degrees outside and the air blew hot. Did not purchase.
