Douglas with the service department is the true example of customer service! The way he goes above and beyond for his customers tells you the level of concern he has for each one of us. While my car was in his care he constantly kept us in the loop about what was going on and making sure we knew that everything was being taken care of. My husband and I had an amazing experience at Russell & Smith dealership. We originally went in just to get my husband’s window fixed on his 2021 Explorer and had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle that day.
