Oleg Golotin. Great guy till he screws you over and lies. Bought a 2017 QX70 from him and he told me multiple times what a great car it is and how happy I would be with it. I took it to Faulkner Infiniti today (about a week after purchase) for an oil change and some strange issues I was having: The passenger FR seat needs $10K (not joking) to fix the Occupant sensor b/c the seatbelt light is on even when nobody is sitting in the seat. They are telling me the right front headlight needs replaced for 3K. All filled up with water. They are telling me the car is really in bad shape and that the accident did a lot of damage to the car. They also told me it looks like the car has water damage. Both nozzles for the window washer are broken. Didn’t even ask how much that was b/c I was so destressed that I stopped listening. Said the belt needs replaced b/c it is heavily worn. Didn’t get a quote on that. Also a lot of moisture in brake fluid (needs flushed) Even if I didn’t take it to the dealer these repair would be cost prohibitive for this vehicle. Oleg is very responsive until the deal is done and then he is nowhere to be found. BUYER BEWARE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND DEALING WITH OLEG OR FIVE PLUS AUTOHAUS
First impression of the dealership doesn’t reflect the actual buying experience. It was very impressive. Highly recommend.
