My Passport has a gasket attached to the driver's side door post. It is not possible for my 6'3" frame to get in and out of this car without pulling the gasket away from its fasteners. I pointed this out to Jason Murphy when I arrived at the service center. Jason said that he would refasten the gasket to the door frame. When I returned home, I realized that the gasket had not been refastened.
I bought my second CRV and the new one is not as well made as the older one. I am disappointed. I have reported twice that I cannot hear my turn signal (blinker). I am told there is no problem. Electronics issues will be reported on my next return because I'm having failures! I push for the tail gate to open, the gate unlocks but will not raise on its own. Other similar electronics issues will also be reported on next return to service. There's more and this care has just under 7,000 miles! No one outstanding. No one to rate and don't know their names...

Rusty Wallis is the way to go! Went in just to look and walked out with a brand new car with the help of LUCIANO who is a great salesman. He really took the time and considered staying within our budget ! Couldn’t be more happier with our purchase thank you to Luciano and management for the help!
