⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience with Mazda of Claremont, especially with Service Manager Roy Wells and Service Advisor Adriana Zermeno. I brought my 2019 Mazda CX-5 in for a second opinion after experiencing ongoing parking brake and warning light issues. From the moment I arrived, Adriana was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me understand what was happening with my vehicle. The Mazda technicians performed a thorough inspection, provided a detailed video, showed me the diagnostic results, explained everything in person, and answered all of my questions. Unlike my previous experience at another repair shop, Mazda was transparent and willing to physically show me the issues they found on my vehicle. What impressed me most was their honesty and professionalism. They documented the problem, explained how the damage was related to a previous brake repair, and even provided information on where I could file a complaint regarding the improper repair work that had been performed elsewhere. Roy Wells and Adriana treated me with respect, took the time to educate me about my vehicle, and made me feel confident that I was receiving accurate information. Their customer service, transparency, and attention to detail were exceptional.
