Justin Brill is the reason I go to this dealership and the reason I love my car. I always ask for Justin because he is the best service rep I have ever met. He treats me like family, handles my car like it was his own, makes sure the service I get is exactly what I need, and answers my questions so I can understand. Any company is only as good as customer service it provides. Ask for Justin and I guarantee you will be overjoyed.
I am a huge fan of Jaguar Woodland Hills. I am on my fourth Jaguar XF and they take such great care of my car, while treating me like family. The most important aspect of any business is the customer service they provide, and in this area, they are as good as it gets. Specifically, my service representative is Justin Brill, and in my 12 years of leasing Jaguars, he is by far my favorite person, and many others are terrific. Justin treats me like family, always patiently listens to my concerns, updates me regularly about the status of my car, and makes sure I always leave with a big smile. As someone who works in the service industry, I am very sensitive to this part of a business. This is how I can see that Justin is not just great but extraordinary. Thank you Justin for care and kindness, and for making me a Jaguar customer for life.

Five stars for Jaguar Woodland Hills Service Department. The repairs on my car turned out to be a much more arduous undertaking than I could’ve ever imagined. Mark Shuler, my service advisor kept me updated on what was going on with my car step by step even when all he had to tell me was, “We are at a loss but won’t give up until we figure it out.” He was professional, honest and in the end made sure that my experience ended on a great note. My car is running like it’s brand new. Special shout out to the mechanics who worked tirelessly to make it happen.
Very professional, great communication, they care about the customer needs. Very attentive and always help to get a problem resolved.
