I wouldn’t recommend this experience to my worst enemy. The vehicle I purchased from them is horrible. I haven’t t even had it 3 months and it’s broken down on me 3 times! I paid for the extended warranty and it’s a joke. I took the vehicle in when it broke down the second time and the shop found 15 failed inspection items. Silver rock declined covering any of them. Apparently a massive oil leak is cosmetic. Who knew? I did get them to cover SOMETHING by calling their customer relations but of my 5 experiences calling them only one has been nice or helpful. The engine in the vehicle is currently randomly turning off when you stop at stop signs. Also, I highly recommend going to a manufacturer service center if you have an issue rather than to a silver rock recommended one. The recommended one said the vehicle was fine but the 2 I saw after that said the engine is bad. The most recent service center said the engine had likely never received maintenance so he highly doubted they had done any type of inspection. Save yourself the headache and just go ANYWHERE else.
