Jairo Gutierrez from the service department was responsive to all my questions and requests (via email, phone, and text) about available options prior to scheduling service. Didn't feel pressured and wasn't up sold. Loaner vehicle was provided, which was a big plus.
Miguel’s communication was great. Informed me the result of inspection, repairs needed, the any potential costs. The car was cleaned at delivery. Great experience.
