Smooth and easy. Mustafa was great to work with. Mustafa made my service appointment extremely convenient and accommodating. Took care of what was needed and I am very happy with his service.
Very happy with the service once I got there I was the second person online they took me right away I had Brandon he was very nice and pleasant and got me a lift home he kept me informed he sent me a video of everything that was going on with my car if I needed to know anything I was very pleased
Dennis in service single handedly influences opinion to purchase another BMW from Rallye, makes servicing auto effortless which is not always the case with other dealers/brands. .
All the people that I dealt with are very polite and knowledgeable They cleaned my car inside and out and finished the job before the promised time
Anthony was helpful and explained what was needed for my car. I highly recommend him to service your car. He returns calls which is a plus and answer any questions or get the answer for you, if he is not sure.
