The process to.actually lease the vehicle took.4 hours, is this normal? This was 4 hours on top of.the hour we had been there earlier that day to have a conversation with our sales guy and test drive a vehicle. Our.inital.quote.was not.saved in the system when we went back. When it came time to.pick out a vehicle, we had told our sales guy what we wanted and he proceeded to bring up 2 vehicles that weren't what we wanted, one.of which all the paperwork was drawn up for. When I got in to test drive the vehicle prior to purchasing, thankfully I noticed the bench seat in the second row that we didn't want. Back to the table and a.new set of papers needed to be drawn up. Went to.test drive the next vehicle and once again, the second row had a bench seat. Thankfully 3rd time was a charm. Paperwork took a long time but apparently the systems were down? I left the dealership well after 7pm. The people we were working with were great but the process itself to purchase was awful.
Everyone I meet there was customer service oriented . Made me feel like they listened to my concerns and worked toward making my car buying experience one I didn’t regret. Thankyou to all!
Fiendly, fast oil change, got in right away, sevice person was very knowledgeable, Was able to find out aboutfrequency of oil changes
Only issue is the dealer is too far from where I live, otherwise very good.
Clean customer friendly facility with professional sales associates. Nick was patient while explaining new features and benefits
I had a very good experience all the way from the salesman to my final drive out
