They don't deserve any stars after what they've put me through! I’ve been shopping for a used car and found one at Bumble Auto that I liked and it was in my price range. I had my doubts about a “side of the road” dealer, but they had some good reviews, so I decided to schedule a test drive. I live near Annapolis, and the dealer is in Ellicott City, so I scheduled a test drive, and was sent a text saying the car would be there after 3pm for a test drive. I left work and drove straight there (it took almost an hour due to heavy traffic on Rt. 100 and Rt. 29). When I got there, they tell me the car is in the shop getting inspected. I was understandable upset, and stormed out, telling other customers to no shop there, because the salesmen were liars, and played games with their customers. The owner went after me to the parking lot, and asked what happened, so I told him what happened, and showed the text to him proving that I was told the car would be there. He asked me to come back in so he could find out what was going on. After finding out that the car was in the shop, he assured me that he would put me with his” best salesman” and they would call to let me know when I could come and test drive the car. Big surprise, I never got a call, and when I went online, it said the car had been sold. I will NEVER deal with these liars again. It was a basic bait and switch to get me out there so they could talk me into another vehicle. Don’t be fooled by the great reviews, they’re probably made up by the friends and family of the company.
