My experience – saw a car on-line on their website that was priced way below market value. I called and they could only answer but very few questions about vehicle. He requested my information and driver’s license, then sent me by email a buyers’ order on the car where he stated pay in full and then there was a 100% money back guarantee within 10 days upon purchase. On his follow-up call, he insisted that I pay him the full amount asking price to go forward. I told him I was not about to give him tens of thousands of dollars sight un-seen without first sending a vehicle inspector first. He kept referring to the money back guarantee as the safe-guard and that after he had the money, if the inspection was not satisfactory, I could get my money back. I refused and told him that I would have an inspector there the next day and if the car was as presented, I would wire the money. The next day the inspector called me and said in 20 years of inspecting cars, he had never had a seller make more excuses of being too busy, or was not available to show him the car! Despite insisting that I pay up front before I got to see or inspect the car, he never let my inspector see the car
