I honestly think Five Star Ford of Carrollton should consider renaming themselves Six Star Ford—that’s the level of service I experienced during my recent purchase. What stood out even more is that he had already earned my trust beforehand by treating my daughter so well when she bought her first car from him. While I understand this is a business and sales are their livelihood, it was clear that customer satisfaction—and more importantly, long-term loyalty—meant more to David than simply maximizing profit on a single deal. The Five Star experience was truly five star! I was dreading going through the process of buying a new car, haggling over the price, and taking all day to do it, so I was shocked at how easy and quick the process was at Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford Carrollton.
