Was nervous about looking at cars and this was the first car lot that popped up from Kelly blue book so I took a chance came out to their lot looked at a few cars and ended up finding a Honda Civic sport 2020 a lot newer than my 2015 Dodge dart

Scheduled a test drive and had someone else take the car out for when when I pulled up. Was slightly frustrating to experience after scheduling a test drive to have someone take it away right as you are supposed to take the car out, but the staff really made up for it afterwards. Craig our salesperson was very upfront and communicative with us. He answered all of our questions and concerns and even went out right away to check on an issue we thought we had with the vehicle. Overall positive experience, made up after the initial slip up.

Our sales person, Staci Nakagawa, was absolutely adorable, personable, and friendly! She made sure start to finish that our test drive to purchasing the vehicle went swimmingly!
