Extremely Disrespectful Experience Avoid This Dealership I had a scheduled appointment on June 12, 2025, and drove in from Queens specifically to test drive a vehicle we were seriously interested in. Despite confirming our intent ahead of time, we were told upon arrival that no test drive plates were available because the dealership was closing. This was incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of our time. To make matters worse, the sales representative we dealt with was shockingly unprofessional rude, dismissive, and even used foul language toward my husband during the conversation. It was the most disrespectful experience we’ve ever had at a dealership. Customer service and basic courtesy should never be optional especially for serious buyers. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. We’ve taken our business elsewhere and won’t be returning.

Both Robbie and Orlando were Attentive, courteous, and helpful and easy to talk to. I felt quite comfortable from the moment Robbie greeted me in the parking lot.Other employees who walked past, made sure they smiled and nodded. Very welcoming pressure free experience. I would not hesitate to recommend your dealership to family or friends. In fact, I already have.

Not a good experience would not recommend. They don’t do far business they make up your car note so they as in your dealership can make more on the backend. Not good and I’ve should have done more research on this place

Very disappointing car buying experience. Contract price didn’t match the agreed price. They lost the keys, didn’t get the new license plates in time. Took the enjoyment away from buying a new car.
