I give an over all good rating. The staff was friendly, informative and professional. There were a couple issues with the paint on the hood after the initial collision repairs and a new paint chip on the passenger door that was not there before. When I brought up my concerns, the director contacted me to bring it back in to correct and touch up. The main concern on the hood was fixed. However, I was not thoroughly satisfied with the touch up on the passenger door since the chip was still visible and the paint around the area did not look well blended. I was told there were 2 coats of touch up paint, so hopefully it won't rust, which was my main concern. The time it took to get my car back after initial repairs was reasonably fast, but it took about a month to get it back in for the corrections. Thankfully, the correction was a same day turn around, as promised.
