Everyone was very pleasant to work with. Great communication. Quick and informative. Buying from out of state and they handled everything. Nice people all around.

I recently purchased a truck from Jones in 3 way. Haven't had it long enough for the 1st oil change and the a/c quits. I call being nice and professional cause I too am a mechanic by trade. Anyway they tell me their system is not working will call as soon as it comes up. Week later I have to show up to get helped. Then they tell me 3 hrs to do the job. OK. 5 hrs later I'm still waiting managers are rude and aren't helpful. They claim they will take u back to work or provide transportation it's a lie. I will never buy anything else from here. Probably going to golden circle to trade truck off as soon as I get out of here. Smh
