6-27-2024: I went in with our 2018 Kia Soul, for the ignition lock security upgrade. For this particular visit; our experience was 5 star. John Czarniak, the Service Advisor, "rolled out the red carpet", and treated us like family. Our car was done sooner than expected, and we were happy to have the security upgrade. While I was in the write up area, I noticed that the several mechanical techs working on the cars all seemed to be working hard to get the cars done, and out. Our service experience was great.

Walking in I was so nervous. I knew I wasn’t in the best situation. I’ve heard amazing things about junior so it gave me a little bit of hope. Junior greeted me with the most positive encouraging attitude. His love for his job and people, the way he shows his family off really just says it all. Then I met the real deal! Who knew it could get better?!? Caryn made things happen when it really wasn’t possible. She went above and beyond to make it possible to drive away in a safe car for myself and my kids.
