Went in to test drive a hybrid cx-50, had to wait about an hour before actually test driving it because the car was stuck behind other cars in their lot and the salesman had to go fill it up with gas. Afterwards they wanted to run a credit check on me before discussing numbers, which I've never experienced before. I refused and told them I wanted to discuss numbers first so they gave me an offer that was 10k over msrp and was also more than a quote I got from them via email which is wild. Salesman wasn't very friendly and didn't seem to want to help/work with me for some reason.

Not a very nice experience this time, a bit disappointing. The nice staff who helped me at my last service weren't here to help me this me. I tried contacting them but no response. The new staff Karen whom I've met for the first time wasn't very helpful and friendly.

Excellent customer service, did not wait long for service to be completed and they kept me informed throughout the process.

Best customer support for a dealership. Usually I stray away from a dealer for maintenance and Jerry has changed my perception completely.

My Mazdaspeed3 needed 30k service and tire replacement. Borys and Alberto were excellent. Quick, clear communication, no pressure, and went beyond my expectations to ensure my car was in great shape. The service videos they recorded of my car were reassuring and helped me to understand the services completed.
