Great experience, very Helmand knowledge, thanks to Frank also! Stop with the minimums. Keep it up.
Easy no hassle purchase. I am a returning government contractor from the middle east and I went to Subaru and met Todd and Sarit. When I tell you that they made the experience so easy. Day one picked a car and submitted for financing. Day two I was driving home in my new to me ride. World class experience from start to finish. Would recommend 10/10.
Very straightforward and easy process. I felt heard and like my time was respected. Thanks.
Without getting into too much backstory, I'll start by saying I came into this dealership with a bit of a chip on my shoulder. Nothing they did and nothing about Subaru at all, just a recent buying experience with a totally different manufacturer and group. When I tell you Subaru of Wesley Chapel restored my faith in dealerships, salesmen, and car companies, I am NOT exaggerating. Not even a little. When I came in, I was greeted by the receptionist and a gentleman sitting near the front door. They asked who I was there to see, and I explained that I did not have an appointment and just wanted to look at cars. He hopped right up and started showing us what they had available. He was whatever the exact opposite of pushy is. He was calm, patient, informative, and at no time did it feel like I was talking to someone trying to get a big commission... he was just like taking a good friend with us to see some nice cars. I took 3 test rides of various models, and we looked at a few others. He gave us time to talk alone when asked, and he stayed close enough to get his attention without being so close as to listen in. I never felt rushed or that he was ready to pounce. When we were done looking at all the cars we wanted, he asked what we'd like to do now. Not any reference to drawing up paperwork or running numbers, just what WE'D like to do. I said we wanted to move forward with the car I had decided on, and he got the numbers together for us quickly (but still, not pushy). We asked for some changes here and there (to see different down payment amounts, different terms, etc) and each time he went and got them immediately. The original plan was NOT to purchase a car yesterday, but the entire experience was not only super efficient, but it was so easygoing and relaxed that we decided that this is who we want to do business with. He got us the finance person, who was just as friendly. He went so far as to offer advice that would save us a good chunk of change that hadn't occurred to us. I've never had a dealership recommend we do something that would be giving them less money because it would be easier for us... they usually do the opposite and try to squeeze as much as they can. It was really refreshing, and it gave us a greater sense of trust. We were there for just over 2 hours from the moment we pulled into the lot until we drove off. Not only is that the shortest amount of time it has ever taken me to buy a car, it was the most genuine experience I could have possibly imagined. I've bought a lot of cars in my lifetime. I usually only keep cars for a few years before moving on to a new one. This is the second best experience I've ever had, and the first one was buying from a very close friend who was a sales manager! I can't recommend Subaru of Wesley Chapel enough. This was such a great experience.
I have driven my Outback since Dec and love it. The sales associate Ed Santiago was patient with me and made it so easy to buy the car. I test drove other models and went to other dealerships but this dealership was by far the most accommodating. Got a nail in my tire the first month and was quickly taken care of. I will refer friends and family to Subaru of Wesley Chapel for great selection and great staff
Having worked in the auto business, I am on to the gimmicks and tricks that dealers pull on customers. This is the most transparent and painless transaction I have had in Florida. A simple call to Ed Santiago to discuss a new lease and we drove away a few days later in our 2025 Outback. The car was nicely detailed and my wife loved the beautiful pearl white paint with ivory leather interior. The sales manager introduced himself (Eli Eid) and said he would do what it would take to make a deal. He was true to his word. I would highly recommend Subaru of Westley Chapel if you are looking for great experience. I hope the service department meets the same criteria and offers great service. Time will tell.
