I have had nothing but a wonderful experience. I worked with Grant when I was first interested in trading in my minivan for something more exciting. I wanted a hybrid but also some luxury. We chose a sleek black Volvo XC90 plug in hybrid and I love it. In about 3 months we have taken it on several long trips and the gas milage is decent. Even better, for my day to day work commutes, I run almost entirely on electricity and just plug it in when I get home. When it notified my of my first service, it was easy to leave a message. I got a call back within 20 minutes and service was scheduled. I dropped it of and was greeted by name and offered a ride to work. I was notified of the progress throughout to include a walk around video. The car was returned clean and sparking, not quite new car clean but certainly better than when I dropped it off. We have purchased several cars from this dealership, not all new and not all Volvo but I have been treated like royalty every time. 5 stars.

Absolutely the worst experience ever after being a 32 year committed customer to this brand. First we were lied too and issue never resolved. They slivered out of their obligation of customer service versus making money! Volvo XC90 T8 AWD Recharge is the worst performing of this model ever driven. Many, many defects not being addressed by Dealer and or Volvo Support. Car rolls forward and backward after being put in park, radius on Heat/AC is 15 percent (no range), Google not functioning, seats hard to navigate in back, car mats are horrible, do not fit nor stay in place; charging is a joke on this vehicle. The road sign information if incorrect and the gas mileage fluctuates continually. This will end our journey with Volvos forever!!! Please read reviews before looking at this Dealership and patronizing.

We were lied to and the XC90 T8 AWD Recharge is the WORST Volvo we have had in 32 years of commitment to the brand.

Visited Volvo of Charleston WV to look at XC60 but didn’t ended up purchasing from them because I got a 8000$ discount in Washington DC and Astro’s volvo refused to match it. When visited to purchase another xC90 after few months. The manager refused to even show the car or even let me walk in to the dealership and I was racially profiled for not buying the vehicle from them.

Jason has been super helpful throughout my purchase of the Volvo! I have told so many people about my experience with this Volvo dealership! I was busy at work and would not have had time to go pick it up and he brought it to me and it was the easiest car I’ve ever bought!
