Great selection of vehicles, Great programs to save money off the sticker price, Great sales team, Great manager and great finance guy. They went that extra mile to give me a great deal in an extraordinary fast time frame. I've bought at least 30 cars in my life in u s. & overseas, this is a top notch dealer.
Just leased a Lyriq from this dealership. They went above and beyond in making sure the car was a seamless transaction. The salesperson Eli even came in on his day off to make sure everything was perfect with the delivery. The relationship they build with the clientele is amazing. Thank you !

Overall it was a very positive experience. However when I picked up the car I had to wait an hour to meet with the finance manager without explanation. Then the car had less than half a tank of gas in it. I have always received my car from a dealer with a full tank of gas. There was no offer of a free oil change or anything else for the extra time I had to wait for the process to be completed. That would have been a nice gesture. A week later the car had to be serviced and I was not offered a loaner car. So not a perfect start to our customer-dealer relationship. I will say the service manager was extremely pleasant and professional. Rob, the salesman was also very pleasant.
Eli was easy to work with understood what I wanted and made the process easy. The only mishap was that my car did not come with the required floor mats and I will have to return to the dealership.
The whole experience from the minute I walked in until the moment I left with my new car was superb The staff was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I would definitely deal with Sarant Cadillac again and would highly recommend them.
