Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. I had previously brought my Rogue in for service, but ended up getting a new vehicle instead, which I love. The staff never spoke to me in a condescending tone, they were all professional and polite. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Great service but Daniel put a solution on the driver door rocker panel that faded the matte black finish, not sure why he I did that just before I left. Otherwise, the experience was great.

Daniel was our sales professional, and he was wonderful. He answered every question we had. He took us to the SUV we were looking for. We picked out the one we were interested and then I saw the Dark Armor Rogue and wanted to see that one too. It was perfect! Exactly what I didn't know I wanted until I saw it. Daniel explained the differences between the two Rogues we were looking at. We decided the Dark Armor was everything we wanted in a vehicle. After filling out all the paperwork and receiving our welcome auto package. Daniel took us back to the car and went over the controls until I felt comfortable. Once I was ready, he let me take off in my shiny new SUV. The next day, I received a call from Daniel to find out how liked my SUV and answered any questions we had since knew we were taking the Rogue to T.I.A. that evening. The Rogue drove so well. We were very surprised and extremely impressed with Nissan and Daniel. He made sure we were happy and satisfied with the vehicle. He even showed me around the building, so I knew were to take my SUV for maintenance. I can honestly say this is the first time I have ever experienced such exceptional customer service. Dan made us feel so comfortable and like we were part of the Maus family even before we signed the papers. My husband stated he was very impressed with Daniel's knowledge with the SUV. He truly is a "keeper". Maus Nissan is now my go to for vehicles from now on.
