Great experience with Genesis of Englewood service department. Everything went smoothly. I enjoyed the updates I was sent about the service status, including the video from the service department explaining what had been done. I also liked that they made sure the dealer had a loner car available for my appointment date. I had nothing but a very positive experience with them.
Clean, good explanation The place is very clean and the employees were all activity , kind and professional
Overall excellent. Timing for my service though should be quicker than almost 3 hours. Will return.
