I was disappointed to learn that this is no longer a Lincoln dealership and that I have lost the use of the concierge service that I purchased. I wasn't not informed that this had occurred which caused issues with transportation. The only reason I paid for this service was to not have to trouble others for a ride to/from the dealership. Polo was great and was able to get me a ride home. I still had to get a ride back to pick it up, then to/from again when I had to bring it back to complete some repairs due to scheduling.

Great experience, everyone we met was so kind and answered our questions and purchased a car! Dro was wonderful and made it so easy. The financial manager was so personable and open and honest about the process. All in all! it was great
