Cristian was nice and helpful about the car and test drive. He sent a nice video of the car before I drove in. The other guys were nice too and I appreciate they didn't pressure too hard on warranties, etc, but I am annoyed I didn't catch that they slipped in almost $800 of extra charges I wouldn't have wanted (anti-theft and battery replacement). I should have been paying closer attention and questioning. They did describe those charges during the signing process, but it was presented as a required part of the base-level charges (along with doc fees, etc) that just needed a quick e-signature.
Amari was very easy to talk to and knowledgeable. He listened attentively to our needs. He helped us find a great car!
