Today we got the first service on the Santa Cruz we bought from McGee Hyundai of Lebanon (an excellent experience) last year. Even though I was early, Michael Bell (Service Dept.) took me in immediately, and made sure I was comfortable in the waiting room. Aletia Potter welcomed me as an "old customer," and everyone one I talked to while waiting was very pleasant.

Very good experience here. They check everything and let you know if you need anything done at this time. Comfortable waiting room with a huge tv but I did not see a remote to change the channels.
