CRITICAL SAFETY & REPAIR FAILURE AT POHANKA CDJR I paid $1,130.24 for AC repairs, but the service department completely failed to resolve the issue. Unbelievably, they finalized my paperwork and returned my vehicle to me with a dangerously leaking radiator noted on their internal tech notes, completely failing to verbally warn me of this critical safety hazard before I left. When I called to get this safety-related radiator replacement scheduled under my active warranty, Service Advisor Jennifer Boland yelled at me on the phone. Service Manager Jason then engaged in verbal intimidation and gaslighting over the phone. This hostile environment and the denial of safe transport have severely aggravated my pre-existing cardiac medical condition during a major heat wave. They are completely negligent regarding consumer safety and basic human decency. A formal complaint has been filed with the Maryland Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division, the MVA, and Stellantis Corporate Executive Leadership. Avoid this service department at all costs!
