3rd purchase in 5 years. I drive a lot, so need a newer, under warranty vehicle. Jim is great to work with. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Gill Auto group.
Jim Hamby was our Sales Associate and he made the entire information process a pleasure, not just the reading of a brochure! He knew the car very well which made it easy for us to identify the options the vehicle came with, etc. He was informative and on top of what the car, (our new car to be) was all about! As for the paperwork side of things? At first glance it looks intimidating, especially with all the new government vehicle ownership rules and safety laws! Don't fret though! Rick Gonzalez in Finance made it a breeze! It was also nice to have the Sales Manager stop by Jim's office and inquire as to some personal information (about my personal Hobby) and as a matter of fact, all involved made the whole process the best car buying experience we've ever had any Auto Dealership! Bar None!
Jim agreed to match another deal and I ended up with an even better one and the Challenger I so badly wanted. That was a few years ago but it was one of the best car buying experiences I had ever had. It's what brought me back for my new Buick and I love it! Thanks guys awesome job again!!
Relative to the car buying experience, it was fairly painless. Everyone was very friendly. A more extensive customer lounge would be helpful. The Costco connection helped.
Once again, working with Jim was great! He kept us informed all along about the status of our car! He is funny, too! Good experience!
