Lack of communication. Great providing transportation. Service department usually did not answer phone themselves and when was promised a callback, they usually didn't.
Oil Change Service was excellent. Department is very thorough. Employees were outstanding! Waiting area is very comfortable and the Complimentary car wash top it off nicely.
