The car I purchased has technology that I'm not familiar with and he was willing to sit down and explain features and conveniences that was not a feature I had in my old car. When I let him know about a feature that I thought was problematic, he was willing to show me how to turn it off. He also worked in my favor to get me a discount towards financing my car. Eric also took the time to show me other features of the car when I asked. He was very accommodating. Thank you Bruce for giving me a discount and simplified explanation of financing the car.
