So far,it was a great.Very professional and did the work in a very timely.I had to wait because I live a good distance from there dealership and they were very timely,much better then other service departments I've been to.Highly recommend!! So far I'm impressed.

The customer service is great. They are very good at explaining the work to be done. Andrew Hemings is an excellent customer advisor. He and everyone else go out of their way with kindness. They show professionalism and knowledge of their craft.

Honored a warranty issue that was diagnosed at 98k miles. We tried a transmission fluid exchange to see if the problem was corrected. It wasn’t and I brought the car back wth 107k and the code showed it needed a new transmission. They replaced it and the car is like new! This is my 3rd Kia and Bergey will be where I purchase my fourth. The service department was just excellent in listening and advocating with Kia on my behalf.

Andre in the Kia service dept. was very helpful and kind. Anytime I called with questions he took the time to explain things to me and spoke to me in a professional manner. Also, he helped assist me along with Lisa to arrange a loaner car for me since my vehicle was going to take several more days than anticipated. That in itself was a very helpful service which I greatly appreciated. So, all in all it was a very good experience.

I Worked with Andre to have my vehicle serviced and found that he is a fellow United States Army veteran.Andre answered all of my questions in a very timely and motivated fashion.He was very professional and courteous in his attitude towards myself and explained in detail what I could expect with my vehicle's servicing.These character traits are very refreshing in this day and age As most of the time they are not present. Andre showed true U.S. Army values characteristic of a professional who has been deployed and has served with distinction and honor.He is an asset to your company.
