I had a great experience from start to finish. The employees were all so kind and helpful, they took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. I really loved that the technician sent a video inspection of my truck, noting all of the inspection points and what might need to be addressed soon. Also, the final price came in lower than what I was initially quoted when I arrived, which was a great surprise! I waited at the dealership for my truck, and it was very comfortable and clean. I had space to spread out and work while I was there, and the wait time was not long at all for the work I was having done. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the Morgantown area.
