I went in to look at the vehicles in there used lot(for reference I bought another used vehicle not even a year prior at a 6.55 APR this vehicle was a total loss after a wreck and paid off) i loved one of there vehicles(2025 Hyundai Tucson) and we went to finance to get numbers and they gave me a 13% APR and when i declined to proceed due to payments being above my budget they told me that it was my credit and i wouldn't get anything lower anywhere else and that the banks don't think the vehicle would hold its value in say a year or two so i passed on the vehicle and went to a different dealership the next week and bought a 2025 Buick encore gx with a 6.44APR I don't know why they would get a rate so high but it was ridiculous and unprofessional to make me feel bad about not wanting a $600 car payment.

Service customer service is under trained and rude. Will take the extra time to go to round rock for service

Houston was very communicative and efficient. My repair work was done promptly and there were no surprises, as everything had been thoroughly explained and my choices made clear. The service bay and counter were exceptionally clean.

The service department was communicative and patient with me as I sought many repairs for my aging vehicle. I did not expect my car back in the same day, but they returned my car within three business days. It was not ideal that the work was not done over the weekend, but the A+ customer service outweighed that inconvenience. I hope they do not begin overbooking as their counterparts in Round Rock (RR) do. I would NOT recommend the RR location. I'm satisfied with the quality of work, timeliness of the job, and timely communication about my repairs. Tp be clear, I did not get a phone call every day (because my car was not being worked on every day). I got a phone call when updates could be given or if I reached out with questions.
