Markus was the manager at McFarland and he worked with us to get the vehicle to the price point that matched what we were seeing on line. He was personable and professional, and even stayed late until we were ready to leave with our new EV9. Mason was the financial guy and stayed late to get the paperwork where it needed to be in order for us to take our new car home that night. They were a great team.

Sales person was great. Final sale & extended vehicle protection plans were confusing. Initial trade offer was ridiculously low and somewhat insulting. Used car values are readily available via Edmunds, KBB and others.
