Excellent service experience at Bergstrom of Manitowoc for my Cadillac. The staff was professional, friendly, and very attentive throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated the first time (but not the second time because it was not as good as the first time cleaning) complimentary Cadillac interior deep cleaning, which was done exceptionally well and made the car feel brand new again. Highly satisfied with their customer service and overall experience. Definitely recommended!
