Friendly staff. The shuttle service was fast and efficient The drivers were very friendly. I only got an oil change and they cleaned the fuel injectors. I guess the service was fine cuz I've had no problems with it.

Great experience! Got the piece in stock in less than a week. Repair took about 30 min. I was only charged the cost of the part (my passenger mirror glass). Trying to make this repair took 4 visits to Honda of Downtown Chicago, and they still didn’t fix the car. Victory Honda is my new go-to!
