This is the best dealer service department I have ever used. Every associate is responsive, communicates well and has a clear goal to make the experience great.
Victory responded very quickly to my request for help although I was visiting from another state and was not a regular customer. The communication from the advisor after examining the car was prompt, courteous, and thorough, and he was sympathetic to my request for additional investigation of the problem when he learned I was facing a 17 hour drive back home.
The sales team was professional, communicative, and accommodating. They were diligent in their efforts to secure a Honda Civic hybrid, a car that is in short supply right now.
