Although the Danvers site is sortof “under construction” in appearance, and there was no heat in the waiting room (they are changing location soon so that doesn’t really matter), I was very pleased by the customer service and actual maintenance service quality and service rep Rick’s attention to my concern and with a favorable solution found.
Ali and Nicole were very helpful when learning the differences between car trims. Great experience !
When you purchase a new Genesis part of the package is no charge maintenance for 36 months. This week I had my first service appointment at Genesis of Danvers. The appointment was easy to schedule. The Service Adviser Letizia was wonderful and thorough, the follow-up intense and the overall experience great. A no charge loaner vehicle which was also a 2026 Gv70 made it a very enjoyable experience.
