It was excellent. I was checked in quickly, confirmed the work to be completed. It was finished early, I paid and drove away happy.

Our sales rep was very thoughtful and helpful. He didn’t try to tweak the price like a different sales rep had done at a different dealer. The only problem was that we were kept waiting for 2 hours after I agreed to purchase the car. The dealership was so busy I guess we got list in the crowd.

I found Olivia May very easy to work with on the car we wanted. She was very responsive, and she worked hard to earn our business. She always explained everthing very clearly.

I give a lot of credit to Oaks Kia for being able to do right by the customer. I met with Noah to look at and buy a car. Noah made the process pretty straight forward and communicated well with everything.
