I worked with both James and Josh while buying my Mercedes E350. Nice, clean car with a couple very minor issues (to be expected in a 2008) but they worked with me on the price very easily. I paid cash so I didn't encounter the financing process. It's a small shop but it does what it needs to do and I'm very happy with the car and the experience. I'll be back next time I need something.
