The customer service is exceptional. I had a warranty issue with another Cadillac dealership which had my vehicle for 2 weeks and I had to rent a replacement vehicle. The work done at the other dealership did not fix the problem. Richardson got my vehicle and provided a loaner and totally fixed the problem.
Unlike every other dealership i went to not everything felt like it was a built in scam.
